How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Pennsylvaniatrip Floor Coating wants every homeowner who reaches out to be treated fairly. If something goes wrong, please tell us. This page shows how to file a concern and what happens next. It is a general template and not legal advice.
What You Can Report
You can write to us about:
- A call or message you had with Pennsylvaniatrip Floor Coating
- How your personal data was used or protected
- Anything on the site that looks wrong or unclear
- The conduct of a provider we referred you to
If the Issue Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent companies. Each one handles its own quotes, prices, products, warranties and customer service. If you are unhappy with a floor coating job, first raise it with the provider in writing. Keep copies of everything you send.
Please let us know too. Your feedback helps keep the network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Pennsylvaniatrip Floor Coating cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, refund a provider's charges or act on a provider's behalf.
What to Include
Email contact@pennsylvaniatrip.homes with:
- Your name and contact details
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's company name, if you know it
- A short description of what happened and what outcome you want
What We Do Next
We will confirm we received your email, usually within a few business days. We will then review the matter, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we will tell you what we found and what we plan to do.
If You Are Still Unhappy
If our answer does not resolve things, reply and ask for a second review. You may also contact your state attorney general, your state consumer protection office, or your local Better Business Bureau. If the provider is a licensed contractor, your state licensing board may be able to help too.
